This Privacy Policy explains how CALCULATORPRO.io ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and safeguards information when you visit calculatorpro.io (the "Site") or use any of our calculators (collectively the "Services"). By using the Services you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
CALCULATORPRO.io is an online publisher of free calculators and reference content covering finance, health, math, taxes, conversions and everyday tools. We are the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the Site. You can contact us at any time at hello.toolskit@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate and improve the Services.
- Information you provide. When you use our contact form, request a calculator, report a bug, or send us feedback we collect your name, email address, subject and message contents.
- Calculator inputs. Numbers, selections and preferences entered into calculators are processed in your browser. We do not transmit, store or log your calculator inputs on our servers. Calculations run client-side.
- Automatic / log data. Like most websites, our servers and Cloudflare edge network automatically receive standard request data: IP address (typically truncated for analytics), user-agent, referring URL, requested page, country, timestamps and basic device characteristics. This data is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4 below.
- Information from third-party advertising partners. See Section 5 below.
We do not collect government-issued IDs, social security numbers, financial account credentials, or biometric data. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

4. Cookies & similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for the purposes below. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, for advertising cookies, through the consent banner described in Section 5.
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function — for example, remembering
your light/dark theme preference (
themeinlocalStorage) and language selection. These do not require consent. - Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics used to understand which pages and calculators are popular so we can improve them. We anonymise IPs where supported.
- Advertising. Cookies set by Google AdSense and its partners to deliver, measure and (where you have given consent in regions that require it) personalise ads. This includes the DoubleClick DART cookie and other identifiers described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
5. Google AdSense & third-party advertising
We use Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-1958898085199553) to
display ads on the Site. Google and its certified third-party vendors and exchanges may use cookies,
web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve, measure and (subject to consent
where required) personalise ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other sites.
Specifically:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Site, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, which enables it to serve ads based on your visit to this Site and other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by Google by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices (US), youronlinechoices.eu (EU), or optout.networkadvertising.org.
- We participate in the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and Google’s Consent Mode v2 where required. EEA, UK and Swiss visitors are shown a consent banner the first time they visit and can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
A current list of Google’s advertising partners and their privacy policies is available at Google Ad Manager partners.

11. Data retention
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested earlier. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely. Cookies are retained for the lifetimes set by their respective issuers (see Google’s policies for advertising cookies).
